Belle Âme Bowtique – Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Belle Âme Bowtique. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
•Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
•Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
